Not only does Unique design and execute on your direct marketing campaigns, we can even serve as your mail house for bulk mailing needs. Rely on Unique to print, collation, envelope stuff, sealing, postage and deliver to the USPS. We send out postcards, letters, invoices, bills, parking tickets…if you want to mail it, we can make it happen. We create mailers using your own customer lists as well as EDDM (Every Door Direct Mailing), zip code targeting, new mover marketing lists, and other custom business lists. We can also check to see if any of your contacts have moved by processing the list with our National Change of Database (NCOA) software.
Geographic Mailing Lists
We can create lists for any geographic area in the United States. Pick a county, city, zip code, street grid, subdivision, or ask for a radius search. We’ll create that list. We can also narrow down the list in several different ways including but not limited to home value, home size, how long the owner has been in the home, whether it is owner occupied or not, number of bedrooms, or the size of the lot. Apartment Lists
Using apartment lists is an incredible opportunity to reach potential first-time homeowners. We can identify the apartment complexes that have higher-end rental units. Sending one of our “Why Rent?” postcards to high-end apartment complexes is one of the best ways to find potential buyers!

Newsletters are a great product for staying in touch with your past clients or your farm area!
We offer a National Version as well as a Colorado Version and both are highly regarded. The content is fresh and relevant and each newsletter incorporates a nice mix of informative real estate articles along with some light and fun content to keep the reader engaged. Our newsletters are printed with full color on both sides on an 11″ x 17″ glossy paper and folded twice to letter size. We can mail them for you as well!
